Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

The e-Visa fee is paid electronically on the official portal. Reference sources put the short-stay e-Visa at around USD 23 and the transit e-Visa at around USD 12, though these figures were not visible on the official portal text and should be confirmed at the point of application. Third-party 'visa service' websites add their own charges on top of the government fee.

In-country documents carry local charges: for example, the residence certificate costs 2,000 DJF for foreigners (two 1,000 DJF stamps) versus 1,000 DJF for citizens, according to the e-government portal.
