Requirements
- Valid passport with adequate remaining validity
- Written communication with the company name, legal designation, address, tax ID (NIT), main activity and number of direct jobs generated
- Proof of investment of no less than 100 SMLMV, or a Bank of the Republic foreign-investment registration
- Evidence that the business is active and solvent (bank statements, tax declarations, social-security contributions, commercial documents)
- Documents apostilled/legalised and translated into Spanish where required

- Complete the Migrant (M) - Partner/Owner application form
