Who it is for

  • Skilled workers with an employer willing to nominate them for a permanent role
  • Temporary skilled visa holders transitioning to permanent residence through their sponsor
  • Workers nominated under a labour agreement

Requirements

  • Be nominated by an approved employer for an eligible occupation
  • Meet the skills, qualifications and work-experience requirements for the stream
  • Meet English language, health and character requirements
  • Meet any age requirement applicable to the stream unless exempt
