Visas for USA
When it comes to the USA Visa Applications, there are 2 standard options. There is the more lenient ESTA VISA waiver document and the B-1/B-2 VISA for which we offer a consultation with a U.S. immigration attorney.
An ESTA is available to a strong variety of countries and negates the need for a full VISA. It lasts for up to 2 years and allows you to travel as many times as you desire for up to 90 days at a time. You will not be able to work when you have an ESTA, and it is primarily designed for tourists or family visits, however unpaid business trips are also permitted. The main thing to remember is that if you aren’t a member of a country which is eligible, you simply will not be able to benefit from having an ESTA and will need an alternative such as the B1/B2 visa.
The B-1/B-2 U.S. VISA is a full VISA but is still primarily designed for tourism of visits or business trips family visists.
It is most useful for those wishing to take similar trips as those getting an ESTA, but from a country that does not allow them one. This option is also the first choice for applicants with any past criminal convictions. We offer a consultation in order to secure you one of these full VISAs.
The length of stay is not fixed, and will be determined at some point during the entry process. It is dependant of course upon what it is you wish to do. It also allows you the opportunity to applying for longer Visa Applications in case you find that you wish to stay longer than the amount of time that was initially delegated to you.
