Requirements

What you can do
- Live in Thailand for up to ten years
- Work in Thailand under the applicable category (with a digital work permit where relevant)
- Include eligible dependants; benefit from reduced reporting (annual rather than 90-day) and other facilitations described by BOI
How to apply
- Check the category criteria on the BOI LTR portal
- Submit the online application and required documents to BOI for endorsement
- Collect the visa at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate or the Immigration Bureau / One Stop Service Centre after qualification
