Who it is for

  • Serial entrepreneurs, high-calibre innovators and experienced investors
  • Founders of a Singapore-registered (or to-be-registered) company that is venture-backed or owns innovative technology

Requirements

  • An eligible, innovative or venture-backed business (or plan to start one) in Singapore
  • A business plan and supporting documents submitted with the application
  • Meeting MOM's profile criteria as an entrepreneur, innovator or investor

What you can do

  • Start and run the qualifying business in Singapore
  • Renew the pass by meeting business-spending and local-jobs-created milestones
  • Sponsor certain family members once minimum business spending and local-jobs thresholds are met

How to apply

  • The individual applies to MOM with a business plan and required documents
  • MOM assesses the applicant and business against the EntrePass criteria
