Requirements
- Completed Application Form 32, signed and stamped by the organisation
- Cover letter to the Director General
- Current passport photo and copy of the passport bio-data page
- Organisation registration certificate
- Academic and professional credentials and a CV
- Current immigration status documentation
- Relevant clearance letters from regulatory bodies
- Official English translation of any foreign-language documents
How to apply
- Apply online on the eFNS portal at fns.immigration.go.ke and upload all documents
- Pay USD 200 per month on approval (non-EAC nationals)
- Print the issued pass from eFNS and present it for endorsement
