Who it is for
- Foreign nationals accepted or admitted to a recognised Kenyan education or training institution
Requirements
- Completed Form 30, signed and stamped by the head of the institution
- Detailed cover letter from the institution to the Director of Immigration Services stating the course and its duration
- Copy of valid national passport bio-data page and two colour passport photos
- Copies of basic academic certificates (for tertiary/university entry)
- Sponsor commitment letter and sponsor's passport copy
- Proof of funds (for self-sponsored students)
- Police clearance certificate
- Parental consent, parent's passport copy and birth certificate (for minors)
- Current immigration status documentation (if already in Kenya)
How to apply
- Apply online on the eFNS portal at fns.immigration.go.ke and upload all documents
- Once processed and issued, print the pass from eFNS and present it to an immigration office for endorsement
