Requirements
- Passport and photograph of the applicant
- Copy of the principal visa holder's passport and visa
- Marriage certificate (for spouses) or proof of the family relationship
- Proof of residence (e.g. Form C from hotel/lodge or utility bills) where required
What you can do
- Accompany or join the principal visa holder / Indian family member in India
- Reside in India for the period the X Visa is granted
How to apply
- Apply through the Indian Mission/Post abroad with the family relationship and principal-visa documents
- Register with the jurisdictional FRRO/FRO after arrival where required
