Requirements

- FRRO/FRO registration where the stay threshold (over 180 days) is crossed

- Attend business meetings and conduct permitted business activities
- Make multiple visits within the visa validity subject to the per-visit stay limit
- Extend the visa in India up to the five-year maximum where eligible
How to apply
- Apply through the Indian Mission/Post abroad with business supporting documents
- On grant of a fresh Business Visa, surrender any earlier India Business Card and collect the new one
- Register with the FRRO/FRO if the stay threshold is exceeded
