Requirements

  • Hold a nationality that requires a visa to enter Egypt and is eligible to use the Egypt e-Visa Portal, or apply through an Egyptian consulate
  • A passport valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Egypt
  • A supporting letter for the business visit, such as a letter from the company or an invitation letter
  • A Visa card, MasterCard or other debit card to pay the visa fee online
  • Apply through the portal at least 7 days before your departure

How to apply

  • Create an account on the Egypt e-Visa Portal and confirm your registration
  • Log in and select 'Apply Now'
  • Choose the visa type and read the instructions
  • Complete the application form
  • Pay the visa fee using a Visa card, MasterCard or other debit card
  • Wait for approval by email, then download and print the e-Visa from your account
  • Present the printed e-Visa to the immigration officer at the port of entry
